Estimated delivery time will be changed according to the actual logistics and transportation situation. Usually you will receive the package within estimated delivery time.

To celebrate International Workers' Day, many of our sellers will be on holiday from April 30- May 4 (Beijing Time).

During that time, order processing and shipping time may be delayed. The seller response time for disputes created between April 30-May 4 (Beijing Time) will be extended from 5 to 10 days.

To check whether your order has been shipped, you can go to Visit "My Orders" , Find the order, and check the order status.

If you receive a faulty/broken product, or product is not according to the mentioned description or wrong color/variant is shipped, You can always apply for refund within 10 days after the product is received.

We will either reship the correct product, or refund the full amount excluding the shipping cost.

Please take easy that the fund is guaranteed as AliBitress knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly. Refunds can take 24-48 hours to arrive in your wallet. Refunds are only possible in Tether (TRC20 network).
